zoolo allows - depending on the selected tariff - to display data in 5 different views. The views can be changed within a module using the upper bar. Views are automatically created per module.
The list view is always available.
For example, if a module contains a date input field, a calendar view is activated. If a relation exists, the chart and Kanban view are visible.
The list view allows data to be displayed as usual in a spreadsheet. A click on a line opens the detail window for a single data record.
# Sort by
The list view can be sorted according to individual attributes (input fields). All you need to do is click on an attribute name in the header of the list. The sorting is indicated by an arrow.
Clicking several times switches between * ascending * and * descending * sorting.
If a certain amount of data is exceeded, not every field can be sorted.
A click on the small, 3-bar sort symbol (if available) within an attribute name in the header of the list opens a search mask:
Here you can search for individual attribute names (auto-completed). As soon as an attribute name (or date) has been clicked, the list is filtered for this attribute.
Not every field can be filtered.
All data records can be searched using the search window at the top left.
At least one input field must be selected from the dropdown on the right of the search window:
If several input fields are selected, all input fields are searched for.
If you enter a search and log out, it will be retained the next time you log in.
zoolo has a calendar view which shows data records grouped by date fields.
# Selection of the date fields
At least one date field must be selected at the top right under "Grouping" according to which the calendar is grouped.
A second date field can be selected ("End" - outlined in green) to display dates over periods.
By clicking on an individual date, a new data record can be created directly for the selected date.
# Resource view
The resource view can be selected by clicking on "Resource" at the top left:
Here, data records are not grouped by date but by further attributes via a timeline.
A [start and end date](/ interface / views.html # selection-of-date fields) must be selected in order to be able to use the resource view in a meaningful way (see above).
Several attributes (to the right of "Resource") can be selected to group according to several attributes one after the other.
For example, projects can be grouped according to status:
Individual data records can easily be moved within the timeline - the date is automatically adjusted.
# New data on time periods
New data records for time periods can be created by moving the mouse over a time period.
An input window then opens and the selected period is preselected.
The Kanban view visualizes data as individual, grouped cards.
Groupings can be selected at the top right by clicking on "Sort.".
A card can simply be moved to another grouping using drag & drop.
As soon as address data is available, an interactive map view becomes visible.
Here data is visually represented as small dots.
If the zoom level is reduced (using the mouse wheel), data records that are geographically close together are combined into one.
# Search addresses
Addresses can be searched for in the small search field within the map view:
# Filter card
Using the small telescope at the top right, data can be filtered within the map view:
The chart view allows data to be arranged graphically in diagrams.
Bar, line and pie charts can be selected (via the small button above in the middle):
Data can be grouped up to three times
